Cergy-Pontoise is located 30 km North-West of Paris, in the valley of the river Oise, a  place that was appreciated by impressionist painters. Not far from there, Giverny garden.

My son, Thomas was born in Marseille in march 2003. Here is his father that you might know -> Olivier
